Abstract: This study proposed that career growth is a two-dimension construct including quantitative career growth and qualitative career growth. Quantitative career growth denoted the growth rate of job feature such as remuneration and promotion, and qualitative career growth denoted the value of the job changes in current organization. This study examined the two-dimension construct of career growth by collecting 1106 questionnaires in Chinese military institutions. The results supported the two-dimension model of career growth.

Abstract: Primary school teacher trainees in Kenya have been identified to have both negative opinions about mental illness and attitudes towards professional psychological help seeking for a mental health problem. This study aims at determining the relationship between opinions about mental illness and attitudes towards professional psychological help seeking for mental illness among college students in Kenya. This study used a self-administered demographic questionnaire, opinions about mental illness and attitudes towards professional psychological help seeking to collect data, among 2777 primary teacher trainees in Kenya. SPSS version 19 was used to analyses data. It was found that there is a positive correlation that was significant at p=0.000 between opinions about mental illness and attitudes towards professional psychological help seeking in this population; this is in line with other studies globally. This study recommended an intervention through psychoeducation of mental illness to improve both opinions about mental illness leading to attitudes towards professional psychological help for a mental illness.

Abstract: This investigation assessed of the ability of Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory (RST), comprising the Behavioral Activation System (BAS), and Behavioral Inhibition System (BIS) to predict perfectionism. A total of 508 community participants were acquired using MTurk and completed measures of personal standards and self-evaluative perfectionism, as well as BIS and BAS. Regression analyses revealed that BAS sensitivity successfully predicted personal standards perfectionism (and to a lesser extent self-evaluative perfectionism), while BIS sensitivity successfully predicted self-evaluative perfectionism (and to a lesser extent personal standards perfectionism). BAS and BIS were robust predictors in their respective regression models, suggesting that these important perfectionism factors are successfully and jointly predicted by the BAS/BIS pre-dispositional motivation constructs.

Abstract: In this paper, for the ubiquitous impoverished undergraduate colony in the college, based on the abundant investigation and analysis, we dissected the psychological problems and characteristics of the impoverished undergraduates. Furthermore, we find out the key reasons of their psychological problems and explored the solutions. The research work of this paper can provide important basis in how to solve the "psychological poverty alleviation" problem of the impoverished undergraduates for the ideological and political workers. This research work has great practical significance.
